RETURNS POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with the item you have purchased, we kindly request that you get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for scent preferences; however, we encourage you to contact us so we can verify that you have received the correct product. Please be advised that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for returns or exchanges, and the responsibility for return expenses lies with the buyer.

In the event that an item is discovered to be defective following an investigation, we are pleased to provide a full replacement (subject to availability), store credit, or a complete refund.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping from TCVM incurs a flat rate of $8.00 for tracked shipping to the North and South Islands, while rural delivery is $11.50 Kindly choose this option during checkout. Our goal is to prepare orders within 2 days of payment, excluding weekends. However for custom orders and mystery products there is a 5 day processing time. In the rare event of any delays, updates will be shared on both Instagram and Facebook stories. Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the exception of public holidays.
